All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

• Remote and rural areas: Delivery times might be longer due to the distance and accessibility of the location.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, email babycotmobilecare@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging where relevant. We offer a full refund and cover any necessary return postage. If your parcel is missing, contact us and we’ll investigate with the delivery company and help arrange the appropriate resolution.
